Hello, my name is Susan and I am 54 years old.

I am sharing my experience because I am proud of losing 63 lbs using this straightforward simple 5-Second Pre-Bed Ritual.

This revelation served as a wake-up call for me, especially since my mother had undergone an amputation of her left foot two years earlier.

The thought of potential health complications filled me with fear and dread.

I began making small adjustments to my habits, like eating smaller portions and cutting back on snacks, while also attempting some workouts.

However, when the recent global events caused me stress and anxiety, I turned to comfort eating.

I realized this was not a good choice, but I found ways to justify it in my mind.

I felt like certain circumstances were out of my control, and I didn't know what else to do since gyms were closed and I didn't feel comfortable exercising in public where other people could stare at me.

Instead of having pizza, I would chose grilled chicken and vegetables.

Now I feel fantastic and have been slowly getting more toned.

I have lost 63 pounds, going from 209 pounds to 146 pounds, and can now fit into my favorite dress again.

Everyone now notices the significant transformation in my body, which has boosted my confidence in a way I haven't felt in a long time.
