Hello, my name is Susan and I am 54 years old.

I am sharing my experience because I am proud of losing 63 using this straightforward and so simple Bedtime Ritual

My weight has been a constant struggle after I had kids. Then after 40, things got worse when my hormones went crazy. Perimenopause showed up with big belly flab, no sleep, and that tired-but-wide-awake feeling. I swear my body has a mind of its own.

All I can say is that I really didn't know how hard it would be to stay fit, even though I was a tall woman.

Only recently I realized the severity of the situation when my doctor informed me that my blood sugar levels were dangerously high and warned me about the possibility of developing diabetes.

Considering my inactive lifestyle, this news shouldn't have come as a shock.

This revelation served as a wake-up call for me, especially since my mother had undergone an amputation of her left foot two years earlier.

The thought of potential health complications filled me with fear and dread.

I began making small adjustments to my habits, like eating smaller portions and cutting back on snacks, while also attempting some workouts.

However, when the recent global events caused me stress and anxiety, I turned to comfort eating.

I realized this was not a good choice, but I found ways to justify it in my mind.

I felt like circumstances were out of my control and I didn't know if could handle the thought of anyone seeing me like that. I just wanted to hide.

A friend shared with me how she lost 3 dress sizes by doing a simple Bedtime Ritual daily.  Doubted would a nice way to put it.  With all the things I tried to look and feel better.... a simple bedtime ritual, please.

So much change without needing to stick to a strict meal plan or an exercise routine!

This success not only helped me regain control over my eating habits but also boosted my confidence.

I made a commitment to myself to continue with the simple Bedtime Ritual everynight.

Now I feel fantastic and have been getting more toned.

 

I have lost 63, going from 209 to 146, and can now fit into my favorite dress again.

Everyone now notices the significant transformation in my body, which has boosted my confidence in a way I haven't felt in a long time.

I'll also say that to my surprise, my metal sharpness and brain fog have gotten so much better.

I am now able to think more clearly and have impressed my boss with my quick responses.
